Mathis has 22 years of business experience and has worked 18 years in management consulting. He has lead large and mid-sized IFS/ERP-enabled transformation projects/-programs. He has experience of large Norwegian and Global transformation programs using different ERP solutions as an enabler. He has managed several operational improvement/business process improvement projects. He has experience in leading several application selection projects, incl. contract negotiations. He has been working as a Business Unit Manager in Akselera Norway for the last 2 years.
