Andrew Young

Andrew Young has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 1996, they worked at IHS as an Energy Information Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for managing data and software products for E&P services. During their time at IHS, they successfully set up customer services and also oversaw a multimillion-dollar internet project for online data delivery.

In 1998, they joined IBM as a Manager Services, where they managed services for the company. Andrew held this role until 2000.

From 2001 to 2010, Andrew worked for an IBM business partner as the Program Management practice lead. In this role, they had a proven track record of successfully delivering significant transition programs in a multicultural context. Andrew managed projects with a value of up to $400 million USD and led transition teams of up to 160 people.

Afterwards, they worked at SINOPEC from 2011 to 2017 as a Project Management Officer in M&A.

In 2018, they joined the International Energy Consultancy as a Senior Project Advisor, where they provided guidance on various projects until September.

Later in 2018, they joined Akselos as the VP Digitization Services, a role they currently hold.
