Jonathan Luptak is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and implementation. Currently serving as Director of Portfolio Implementation at Aksia since June 2025, Jonathan previously held multiple leadership positions at Hamilton Lane from August 2017 to May 2025, including Vice President of the Portfolio Management Group and COO of Specialty Products. Prior to Hamilton Lane, Jonathan worked at TD Securities as an Associate from September 2014 to July 2017, and at PNC Business Credit in various roles from June 2007 to September 2014. Jonathan holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh (2003-2007).
