Call Center Manager

Meral Oral has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Executive in the Digital Operation Center at Aksigorta since November 2012. Prior roles at Aksigorta include Call Center Operation Executive and positions within the Marketing Department. Earlier in their career, Meral was an Agent at Vodatech Bilişim Proje ve Danışmanlık from January 2001 to September 2007. Meral is pursuing a Master’s degree in Executive MBA at Bahcesehir University, expected to be completed in January 2025, and holds a degree from Anadolu University obtained between 2009 and 2011.
