Keren Shaked, CCXP is the Head of Experience Management Advisory CX/EX at AKT Global since February 2020. Keren is also the Customer Experience Professional - Israel Network Leader at the Customer Experience Professionals Association since 2015. With experience as a Partner and CEO at B-Pro Ltd., Keren has a background in business administration with an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
