Lilach Admati-Cohen

Lilach Admati-Cohen is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various roles within human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an HRIS Consultant at AKT Global since June 2019, Lilach specializes in SuccessFactors (SAP), focusing on Compensation, Performance, and Goals modules, while leading system customization and configuration. Previous experience includes roles as an HR and Compensation & Benefit Specialist at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at AbbVie, and an HR Specialist at Thomson Reuters.
