Mihaela Ilie

Mihaela Ilie started their career as a QA Engineer at SintecMedia in October 2013, where they were responsible for documenting software requirements, conducting quality assurance activities, and performing functional and regression tests. Mihaela then joined Enea Software in September 2015 as a Software Tester Engineer and focused on service transition & maintenance.

In 2016, Mihaela joined Deutsche Bank as a QA Team Lead, where they led a team and managed quality assurance processes.

Currently, Mihaela is working at Aktana since September 2019 as a Senior QA Team Lead in the Implementation and Integration Engineering division. Mihaela is responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's software service products, which involve advanced technologies like machine learning and AI. Mihaela collaborates with multiple teams across different regions to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.

Mihaela Ilie holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from the Faculty of Automation, Computers and Electronics, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Mihaela then pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering at the same faculty from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Manager from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in December 2020 and Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning from LinkedIn in February 2020. Mihaela also holds certifications in Complex Project Tips and Tricks from LinkedIn in October 2019, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in April 2018, and ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2017.
