Victor Calvar Pousada

Victor Calvar Pousada has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success and service delivery. Victor started their career in 2000 as a Software Implementation Consultant at CINSL. Victor then worked as a Market Research Manager at Industry Introductions in 2003. From 2004 to 2010, they held multiple roles at Phase Forward, including Technical Support Analyst, Service Desk Team Lead, Project Manager, and Senior Service Account Manager. In 2010, Victor joined Oracle and served as a Product Support Manager, Senior Product Support Manager, and Service Delivery/Customer Success Director. Since 2018, they have been working as a Customer Success Director at Aktana, where they manage client relationships and provides strategic consultancy.

Victor Calvar Pousada attended Universidad de Santiago de Compostela from 1993 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics (Statistics and Operational Research). Victor then went on to Universidade de Vigo from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (CAP).
