Buse Güngör

Buse Güngör's work experience began in 2012 as an intern at ING Bank Turkey. Buse then worked as a Communication Specialist at F5 İletişim Yönetimi / Lewis+ Partner for three months in 2013. Following this, they interned at Volkswagen Doğuş Finansman A.Ş. (vdf) as a Human Resources intern, where they were responsible for CV selection, organizing interviews, and mailing interview information to candidates. In 2013, Buse also interned at IKSV.

From 2014 to 2016, Buse worked at Procter & Gamble as a Corporate Market Strategies & Planning Assistant, where they prepared monthly reports and dealt with counterfeit products. In the same period, they joined ING Bank Turkey and held various roles, including Digital Banking Business Manager, Digital Banking Senior Specialist, Digital Banking Specialist, and Istanbul Europe Regional Directorate Sales Specialist. Buse'sresponsibilities involved developing marketing strategies, increasing digital penetration rate, creating marketing activities, and analyzing sales results.

In 2022, Buse joined Paycell as a Senior Expert Growth Manager, where they managed customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling actions. Buse was also responsible for the growth strategy of key accounts and merchant relations. Additionally, they created campaigns combining brands with products and analyzed their success.

Currently, Buse works at Aktif Bank as a Digital Banking Marketing Senior Manager. Buse'sresponsibilities include developing performance marketing strategies and managing agencies for media planning and optimization, such as displays, audios, and Tiktok.

Buse Güngör began their education at Karadeniz Ereğli Anadolu Lisesi from 2004 to 2008, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 2008, they enrolled at Istanbul University and completed their studies in Business Administration in English in 2013. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, Buse attended Sabanci University to obtain a degree in Digital Certification.
