Ozan Kilic

Ozan Kilic has extensive work experience in the legal field. Ozan started their career as a Legal Counsel at Ak Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. in September 2006 and continued in this role until October 2008. Ozan then joined ING Bank Turkey as a Senior Legal Counsel in October 2008 and worked there until February 2016. During their time at ING Bank Turkey, they were responsible for interpreting and preparing legal opinions, drafting and negotiating various agreements, advising on bill of exchange and credit collaterals, handling correspondence with governmental authorities, and providing training to bank staff. In February 2016, Ozan Kilic joined Aktif Bank as a Senior Legal Counsel, where they currently hold the position.

Ozan Kilic first attended Kadikoy Anadolu Lisesi from 1992 to 2000. Ozan then pursued their higher education at Istanbul University Law Faculty from 2000 to 2004, where they studied law.
