Yağmur Hoş

Yağmur Hoş has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

They started their career at ING Bank Turkey in 2008, working as a Kredi Tahsilat Birimi Yetkili. Their responsibilities included directing debtors towards payment, monitoring Ctı screens for module calls, managing collections and follow-up activities, providing legal information to customers, processing guarantees, ensuring credit risk management, providing support for back-office operations, developing plans to convert seizure files into collections, and managing IVN's voice calling system for bank campaigns.

In 2011, they joined Crocs, Inc as a Marka Ve Toptan Satış Yönetecisi. Their role involved analyzing product stocks, conducting negotiations and research for international procurement, implementing sales strategies, tracking competitors' activities, and managing all aspects of Crocs' marketing and brand management. Additionally, they handled the distribution and monitoring of domestic and international wholesale orders and store orders.

Following this, in 2013, they worked at Erişim Müşteri Hizmetleri A.Ş. as a Takım Lideri.

In 2014, they returned to ING Bank Turkey as an Outsource Yönetim Ve Koordinasyon Yetkilisi, responsible for overseeing outsourcing operations.

They then moved on to Modanisa in 2015, where they held the position of Outsource Manager, focusing on managing external resources.

Recently, in 2019, they joined Aktif Bank. They initially worked as a Dışarama ve Telesatış Müdür Yardımcısı until 2022 and were then promoted to Digital Product Manager.

Yağmur Hoş attended Istanbul Kultur University from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Yağmur obtained a Bachelor's degree in this field. In July 2021, they also obtained a certification in SPL from Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu - SPK.
