Dr Ira Sobel

Dr. Ira Sobel, CPA, is a distinguished professional in the field of longevity finance and planning, serving as the Founder and Academic Director of Longevity Academy since January 2020. Ira currently holds multiple key positions, including Board Member at Bank of Jerusalem from April 2025, Owner and Board Member of Rotex 1980 Ltd. since October 2023, and Advisory Board Member at Aktivolabs from April 2023. Additionally, Ira is a Co-Founder and Head of Content at LongeviTech TLV since September 2022 and a Lecturer at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem focusing on financial inclusion in the Fintech Age. With previous board experience at various organizations and involvement in a World Economic Forum working group, Ira holds a PhD in Sociology from Tel Aviv University, an EMBA from Northwestern University, a Master's degree in Gender Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management.
