Ifigeneia Kalfa

Ifigeneia Kalfa serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aktor Group since September 2025, bringing extensive experience from Alpha Bank where roles included HR Manager for Retail Banking and several leadership positions in sales and project management. Key responsibilities at Alpha Bank encompassed driving HR strategy and transformation initiatives in collaboration with various business functions. Ifigeneia holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master of Science in Banking & Financial Analysis for Executives from the University of Piraeus, where also a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management was obtained.
