Daniel Hoang

Daniel Hoang has a varied work experience. In 2021, they joined Akuity, Inc. as a Developer Advocate, engaging with prospects in a full sales & engineering cycle and creating product demand through enablement and education of GitOps. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Harness, correlating technical requirements to business metrics and presenting and demoing to different levels of leadership. In 2018, they worked as a Site Reliability Engineer at Alkami Technology, administering, configuring, troubleshooting and automating AWS based infrastructure. From 2015-2018, they worked at IBM as an Application Data Analyst and Integration Data Analyst, providing QA peer review and pushing ETL packages into production. In 2015, they worked at McKesson Corporation as a Technical Support, repairing hospital and pharmacy inventory systems and creating load files for third party electronic data interfaces. Finally, in 2013, they worked at American Airlines as a Client Support, assisting loyalty group members with flight information and loyalty benefits.

Daniel Hoang is currently enrolled at The University of Texas at Arlington. Daniel has obtained certifications from Akuity (Advanced GitOps with Akuity in September 2022), IBM (Lean Six Sigma Blue Belt in June 2016 and Lean Six Sigma White Belt in March 2016), and Alkami Technology (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in December 2019).
