Hyrum Hilario

Hyrum Hilario is the current Head of Sales at Akuity. Hyrum was previously with Codefresh from April 2021 to November 2022, where they were promoted to Team Lead (US East). Hyrum closed the largest land deal in company history and had the highest quarter quota attainment in company history 750K against 300K quota (Net New ARR only). Hyrum also closed 94% of company revenue for brand new product launch based on ArgoCD.

Hyrum Hilario was with MariaDB Corporation from October 2018 to April 2021, where they closed most net new logos in FY 2020 and closed 770K against 700K quota in first year closing (FY20). Hyrum also closed 1.2M against 700K quota in FY21 and managed Latam partners for 5x growth in region from 2019. Hyrum was also the first team to GTM with Database as a Service (DBaaS) offering and did account based prospecting (self sourced ~25% of their deals).

Hyrum Hilario's previous position was Sales Development Representative with MariaDB Corporation from March 2017 to October 2018. Prior to that, they were a member of Capital Factory from February 2017 to April 2020.

Hyrum Hilario has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Hyrum also has an Associate of Science in Engineering from San Antonio College. Additionally, they have certification from Codefresh in GitOps Fundamentals, LinkedIn in Effective Listening, LinkedIn in Overcoming Procrastination, and LinkedIn in Sales Fundamentals.
