Bowen Zhang

Bowen Zhang has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Bowen began their career as an intern at King & Wood Mallesons in 2007, and later became an Associate at the same company from 2012 to 2014. Bowen then joined ANBANG INSURANCE Group Co., LTD. as a Legal Specialist from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Legal and Compliance at Sealand Securities Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Bowen is serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance Department at Akulaku, starting from July 2020.

Bowen Zhang received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Shenzhen University in 2009, specializing in Law. Later, between 2010 and 2012, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of Glasgow, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
