Greg Visser

Greg Visser is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Country Manager at Akuo Energy since October 2021, focusing on large-scale renewable projects and grid battery solutions in New Zealand. Prior to this role, Greg was the Director at Netcon Ltd for two years and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Infratec, providing engineering and financial solutions in renewable technologies. Greg's extensive experience includes significant appointments at EECA as General Manager, Business and Group Manager Market Engagement, along with directorial roles at Visser Solutions Limited and managerial positions at Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd and The New Zealand Refining Company. Greg holds a BCom in Business Management from the University of South Africa and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
