Since our founding as a farmer-owned cooperative in 1933, our customers have come to know us as a reliable and innovative supplier of value-added ingredients to the food and feed industry. Professional and friendly service, high ethical standards and sustainable raw materials are the building blocks of our long-lasting customer relations.

You can count on full traceability with every delivery. All our raw materials come straight from the Danish soil, grown by our farmer owners within 60km of our plant. From there, it’s just a short journey to one of Denmark’s major harbours, where we dispatch our ingredients to global destinations.

Today, AKV is owned by around 200 potato farmers. Collaboration between our farmers and factory is high, from the development of seed potatoes to knowledge sharing about best practices in production.
