Robin Lybeck serves as Managing Director of the European region for Celsius Holdings Inc. In this position he oversees Nordic operations as well as any expansion projects into wider European markets.

Kyle Watson is currently the VP Marketing at [CELSIUS](/org/celsius). Prior to this, they were the Marketing Director at Hiball from February 2016 to April 2019. While at Hiball, they were responsible for developing and executing a national comprehensive marketing strategy on a small Founder-led team of ten. Kyle also worked alongside the Founder and VP of Business Development to identify key markets and sales priorities in order to provide retailer support and drive trial and sales through trade promotions, in-store sampling programs, and regional event initiatives. 

In addition, Kyle directed the National experiential strategy and product seeding initiatives, managed the Brand Ambassador / Athlete Influencer program (consisting of 20 athletes and influencers), and conceptualized and executed the social media influencer program. Kyle also analyzed all digital, e-commerce, and social media marketing programs. Furthermore, Kyle managed the Whole Foods Whole Planet Foundation Program and represented the brand on a mission trip to Guatemala.

After Hiball was acquired by Anheuser Busch, Kyle continued on the Hiball team and directed trade marketing and experiential marketing for Hiball and Teavana under Anheuser Busch's newly established Beyond Beer. Kyle also worked closely with [Starbucks](/org/starbucks) and their agencies to align all trade marketing and experiential programs with Teavana RTD corporate-driven consumer Marketing.

John Fieldly is the current CEO at [CELSIUS](/org/celsius). John has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Prior to joining [CELSIUS](/org/celsius), John was the Corporate Controller at Oragenics, Inc. from April 2010 to January 2012. John also served as the Senior Business Manager at Lebhar-Friedman from May 2004 to April 2010 and as the Team Lead at Eckerd from June 1997 to May 2004. John holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the [University of Florida](/org/university-of-florida).

John Fieldly has a B.S. in Accounting from the [University of South Florida](/org/university-of-south-florida) and is certified as a public accountant from the State of Florida.

Jussi Koskela is the current Finance Director for Europe at [CELSIUS](/org/celsius). Prior to this, they were the Finance Manager for Func Food Finland from October 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they were the Group Business Controller for Func Food Group from May 2017 to September 2017. Their responsibilities included supporting Func Food's CFO and CEO with financial management and reporting, preparation and providing financial reports for the Group Management and Board of Directors, sales and profitability reporting/analysis, and market analysis. Koskela started their career as a Controller at [OP Financial Group](/org/op-financial-group) from June 2011 to May 2017 where they developed the reporting in the banking sector. Their responsibilities included Helsinki OP Bank's P&L forecasting and reporting, providing business analysis to the executive directors and sales management, and KPI setting.

Jussi Koskela received their Master's Degree in Strategic Finance and Business Analytics from Lappeenranta University of Technology. Prior to that, they attended Lahden yhteiskoulun lukio.

Stefanie was born and raised in Southern New Jersey, where she still resides today. She is a graduate of [Rutgers University](/org/rutgers-university), with a B.S. in Finance and a MBA in Accounting and Operations Management. She began her career in corporate accounting for Aramark (Food Service).

Bryan Alesiano applies over 17 years of sports nutrition knowledge and beverage experience to his position as VP of Sales – Fitness, Specialty and Club Channels.

Alesiano leads the development and execution of the brand’s Alternate Channel which encompasses the fitness channel, military channel and e-commerce channel; all the while coordinating the efforts of his direct reports for enhancing year-over-year growth.

Before joining the Celsius team in early 2017, Alesiano worked with [Glanbia](/org/glanbia)/BSN for 12 years, wherein he served as National Sales Manager of North America, managing the North American Fitness Channel with a 30-person field rep team for four major sports nutrition brands. Prior to that, Alesiano also served as the Mass Market Account Executive within the FDM/ Convivence Beverage Division for BSN from 2009-2013.

Alesiano attended [Kent State University](/org/kent-state-university), majoring in Business Administration in Business Management. His overwhelming passion and love for fitness & health has catapulted his success within the Fitness Industry and he holds both ACE and CSCS fitness certificates.

Before his role as Executive Vice President, Toby David served as the Director of Business Development-International for Celsius since January 2016. David’s responsibilities include managing the overall business in existing International Markets, and identifying and vetting potential distribution partners for future Celsius International markets.

Stephen George is the Corporate Controller for Celsius Holdings, Inc and he is responsible for the financial and accounting functions of the Company.

Thorsten first joined Func Foods and the extended Celsius family in 2016 as General Manager of the Swedish Business. Prior to the recent acquisition by Celsius Holdings Inc, Thorsten held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Func Foods; combining the vast responsibilities of both Marketing and Sales.

Thorsten brings 28 years of experience within the international consumer goods industry. With a true passion for understanding consumer behavior and building brands, he spent the first 10 years of his marketing career working with several culinary categories at Unilever Germany and Bestfoods Unilever Switzerland.

Between 2001 and 2015, Thorsten held various senior Marketing and General Management positions across Europe with [The Coca-Cola Company](/org/the-coca-cola-company). In most of his roles at The Coca-Cola company, his portfolio responsibilities included brands in the Energy category – most recently as Marketing Director Northwest Europe & Nordics for the Energy, Juice, Tea- and Coffee business.

Thorsten is a German national with an Advanced Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Fankfurt a. M., Germany. He resides with his family near Oslo, Norway.

Elisha Gil, Director of Marketing, has been with Celsius for 3 years and brings with her over 8-years of marketing experience across the omnichannel retail environment. Elisha leads our innovation and marketing strategies working with cross-functional teams to better meet the needs of our consumers.

From concept to execution Elisha is a thought leader and is a key component in driving consumer insights and trends. Elisha is an innovator, disruptor, and difference-maker not only at Celsius but in the community as well. Prior to joining Celsius, Elisha worked for Newell Brands, Zimmerman Advertising and EYE Corp Media where she developed and implemented global go-to-market strategies.

Matthew started his career in the automotive industry with Volvo and was an early adopter to digital marketing and sales executions before the big shift from print in the early 2000’s.

He was brought on as an official member of the CELSIUS team 2 years ago. Although he has a long history with the brand dating back to 2012, providing early DSD, Warehousing & Fulfillment solutions in the Tampa, FL market, then expanding to full-time eCommerce sales and digital marketing consulting services.

In addition to always “inspecting what he expects” Matthew’s personality, diverse skill set, and leadership style fosters great collaboration and problem-solving with superiors, peers, and subordinates alike.

After nearly a decade in the automotive industry, he tried on his entrepreneurial spirit and his company rose to a top Amazon 3rd party sellers and was recognized as a leader on the Amazon Business platform. He now resides in Boca Raton, FL with his incredible wife and two children.

Matthew Sabia

Jarrod comes to Celsius with over 20 years of management and financial experience, beginning his career in public accounting with [Cherry Bekaert](/org/cherry-bekaert-llp), a leading accounting and consulting firm in the U.S. where he provided both auditing and tax compliance and consulting services.  Following [Cherry Bekaert](/org/cherry-bekaert-llp), he then moved to CBIZ MHM, focusing on auditing, Sox 404, forensic and other consulting engagements with a concentration on public (SEC) companies.

With strong competencies in leadership, management, SEC GAAP and IFRS reporting, Jarrod joined Primo Water Corporation, where he spent approximately 10 years across multiple departments and geographies, including external and internal financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and transformation with his last role as the CFO of the Rest of World Operating Segment covering 19 countries across Europe as well as Israel.


Jarrod Langhans

Paul joined Celsius as Senior Vice-President of Operations and offers over 25 years of beverage manufacturing and supply chain experience to the team.

Before joining, Paul served 4 years as Vice-President of Operations for Monster Energy and 11 years as head of Operations for Rockstar Energy. Paul has held positions of responsibility with top beverage companies such as Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Cott (now Refresco).

Mr. Storey has been instrumental in successfully developing and launching multiple new products across several brands in these roles.

He has also built complete end-to-end supply chain solutions that span multiple countries and products. In addition to this, Paul brings experience in several key areas, vendor management, procurement, and logistics management. He also has expertise in building high-performance, self-motivated teams.

Marcus Sandifer joined Celsius as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from DLA Piper LLP in Atlanta, Georgia where he was an associate in the Litigation & Regulatory Practice Group. Marcus obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University, where he was a National Merit and Presidential Scholar and later obtained his Juris Doctor Degree Emory University School of Law where he was a Sutherland Scholar, Dean’s Fellow, and recognized as the Most Outstanding 3L at Commencement.

While in law school, he served as Vice Chair of the Law Student Division for the American Bar Association, National Director of Community Service for the National Black Law Students Association, and Vice President of the Emory Law Student Bar Association. He also completed two externships with The Coca-Cola Company and FOCUS Brands In-House legal departments. He has also served in many leadership positions within the American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, New York Inn of Court, and National Black Law Students Association Advisory Board.

Over the last several years he has gained experience defending clients in food and beverage false advertising and mislabeling actions, product liability claims, commercial litigation disputes, and SEC civil investigations. Prior to pursuing a career in law, he worked as a Sr. Supply Chain Management Associate and Human Resources Manager at PepsiCo, and National Human Resources Leader and National Continuous Improvement Manager for Nestle Waters. Marcus has been recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine’s top 100 “Modern Men” and The National Black Lawyers as “40 Under 40. At Celsius, Marcus will be responsible for defending Celsius in litigation disputes, against false advertising and mislabeling claims, labor and employment matters, IP infringement and SEC civil investigations.

When Matti joined the Func Foods group in 2017, he had one set of goals in mind – to shape and integrate, together with the Finnish team, a sales organization which is capable of responding to ever-changing consumer behavior in the growing ready-to-eat and drink categories. Today Matti continues this journey as the Sales Director of Finland and the Baltics for Celsius Holdings Inc.

Jason Burke comes to [Celsius](/org/celsius-network) Holdings Inc. with 28 years of beverage experience, after setting up DSD and Convenience marketing operations nationally. Burke began his career at [Celsius](/org/celsius-network) in 2018 as the Sr. Dir of Business Dev.
