Diana Nelson

Diana Nelson has extensive experience in the consulting and technology industries. Diana began their career in 2004 as a Senior Manager-Information, Communication & Entertainment at KPMG, where they spearheaded the design, development and implementation of a cross-industry Global Key Account Program. In 2010, they moved to IBM as a Strategy & Transformation Management Consultant. Diana then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2013 as a Senior Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to Gatekeepers Media, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Strategist, providing advisory services and collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams to move client organizations from a traditional media environment to innovative, creative, user-centered business frameworks and platforms. In 2019, they moved to the NIH as a Senior Change Management Consultant, providing full-scale Change Management services delivery and collaborating with Change Management team, business and ancillary system owners. Most recently, they have been a Human Capital Senior Consultant at Akytech Consulting LLC since 2020.

Diana Nelson has an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University in Business and Marketing Management, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Ghana in French, and completed a Digital Marketing course at General Assembly. Diana also holds certifications in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn (obtained in October 2020) and a Scrum Master Certificate of Proficiency from the International Scrum Institute™.
