Amy Hartleroad

Amy Hartleroad, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amy is currently the Vice President of Tax and Finance as well as the Head of Tax for North America at AkzoNobel since December 2018. Prior to this, Amy worked at Change Healthcare for almost a decade, where they held the position of Director of Finance, Tax Operations and Tax Accounting from November 2011 to November 2018. Before their role as Director, they were the Manager of Finance, Tax from June 2009 to November 2011.

Amy's career also includes a managerial position at LBMC, where they worked as the Manager of Business Tax Services from May 2005 to May 2009. Prior to LBMC, Amy gained valuable experience as a Manager of Tax Services at Lazard Dana Curlee & Arkin LLP from November 2002 to May 2005.

Amy's career in tax services began at LBMC, where they held various positions from 1998 to 2002. Amy started as a Tax Intern in January 1998 and worked their way up to become a Supervising Senior, Tax Services from June 2001 to September 2002.

Amy Hartleroad, CPA attended Belmont University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Accounting and Information Systems Management. Amy previously attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1994, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Amy has obtained several certifications including being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Tennessee Board of Accountancy, a member of the Tax Executives Institute, and a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TNCPA).
