Charlotte Van Meer

Charlotte Van Meer serves as the General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee at AkzoNobel since December 2023, following an extensive career within the company that included roles such as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal for Europe, Middle-East, and Africa. In addition to positions at AkzoNobel, Charlotte is a Board Member at the In Sport We Trust Foundation, focusing on social impact through sports. Previous experience includes significant roles in corporate governance, M&A, and legal strategy, alongside co-founding the LWH Foundation, which aims to advance research and awareness for pancreatic cancer. Charlotte's educational background includes advanced degrees from Stanford Law School and Leiden University, among others.
