Dan Bode

Dan Bode is a retired professional with extensive experience in the coatings industry, having served as Director of Global Research at AkzoNobel from 2005 until retirement in 2017. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at ICI Americas from 1986 to 2009, including Group Leader in Polymer Development and Global Research Manager. Dan began their career at Glidden Company, where they worked in several capacities from 1977 to 1986. Dan earned a Master’s degree in Polymer Science from the University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Youngstown State University.
