Figen Sen Bakker

Figen Sen Bakker serves as the Inbound Supply Chain Manager for EMEA at AkzoNobel since April 2022 and is a Non Executive Supervisory Board Member at Shypple. Previously, Figen held multiple leadership roles at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS from September 2011 to June 2021, including Head of Global Logistics & Planning C&T Sourcing, where notable achievements included redesigning the global logistics footprint and managing logistics operations across various continents. Figen's extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management was further established through roles at Sara Lee International, Dutch Council of Accreditation, SKF Group, and as a co-founder of MF Group Transport. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University and another Master's in European Studies from the University of Twente.
