Ismahane Abandarat

Ismahane ABANDARAT is a legal professional with extensive experience in business law and compliance. Currently serving as the Directrice juridique for South Europe at AkzoNobel since January 2014, Ismahane manages a team of three lawyers, oversees legal governance, and is a member of the Country Management Committee. Prior to this role, Ismahane was the sole legal advisor at FEEF, providing legal support to members, managing pre-litigation, and contributing to the Commission for the Examination of Commercial Practices. Earlier experience includes a legal framework position at ANTEE and an internship at EIFFAGE focused on public and private market contracts. Ismahane holds a Master II in Business Law from Université Bourgogne Europe and a Bachelor of Arts in European Law from the University of Lincoln.
