Liesbeth de Boorder

Liesbeth de Boorder is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Group Director Legal for Corporate & Legacy and M&A and Integrations at AkzoNobel since November 2019, Liesbeth holds prior roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and M&A Lawyer at deBreij from January 2016 to November 2019. Liesbeth's career also includes positions as an Associate Corporate at Kneppelhout & Korthals Advocaten and a Legal Counsel during a secondment at General Electric Manufacturing Company in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor and Master in Civil Law from Leiden University, and advanced studies at institutions such as INSEAD and IMD. Additionally, Liesbeth has served as a Board Member at Anglo Dutch Exchange and has prior experience with DataroomServices B.V. as a Project Employee.
