Marta Martínez Cruz has a diverse range of work experience in supply planning and production planning roles. Marta currently works at AkzoNobel as a Supply Planning Team Lead, where they manage a team of planners and oversees inventory management for a specific portfolio in multiple regions. Prior to this, they worked at AkzoNobel as a Supply Planner, where they handled production planning and distribution for a manufacturing plant and regional distribution centers. Before joining AkzoNobel, Marta worked at LECA GRAPHICS as a Production Planning Manager, where they focused on improving supply chain processes and capacity planning. Marta also has experience as a Production Planner at NOSTRUM, HOME MEAL REPLACEMENT, where they streamlined production activities and implemented an MRP system. Additionally, Marta worked at Accenture Espa\u00f1a as a Transportation Planner, contributing to the smooth consolidation of warehouse and SAP systems for two European plants.

Marta Martínez Cruz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from EAE Business School, which they completed between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they specialized in Supply Chain Management at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2015 to 2016.
