Muge Topuz

Muge Topuz serves as the Global Head of Learning & Development and Global Human Resources Director Finance at AkzoNobel since October 2021. Previously, Muge Topuz was employed by DSM as a Global HR Business Partner for Procurement, Operations, Marketing & Sales from June 2018 to October 2021. Prior roles include Global HR Business Partner in Strategy & Marketing and Intellectual Property at Philips Lighting, and HR Director and Head of HR for Philips Turkey. Muge Topuz began a career in human resources at Toyota Türkiye Pazarlama ve Satış A.Ş. and Humanitas Doğuş İnsan Gücü Yönetimi. Education includes a BS in Sociology from Boğaziçi University and studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
