Vincent Vreeken

Vincent Vreeken is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as Team Leader in the Innovation group at AkzoNobel since July 2017, Vincent oversees an R&D team focused on long-term coatings technology projects, particularly in catalysis and sustainability. Prior to this role, Vincent was a Project Lead in the Expertise Group Advanced Technologies at AkzoNobel, providing expert chemical analysis support. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam, where Vincent also completed a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree, alongside experience as a visiting student researcher at UC Berkeley.
