Zaid Aadroun

Zaid Aadroun currently serves as the Head of Sales Powder BeNeLux and a member of the Board of Directors at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities include overseeing sales excellence and pricing for powder coatings, along with leading continuous improvement initiatives. Zaid has been an ambassador for One Young World since July 2021, representing AkzoNobel. Previous experience includes management trainee roles at Boskalis and YSE, and a position as Business Consultant/Project Manager at Ahold. Zaid has held various board member roles, contributed to marketing strategies at Stichting TANS and Dag van de Dialoog Amsterdam, and has a background in education as a teacher at Christelijk College Zeist. Zaid holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Marketing from Johan Cruyff University.
