Faisal al Tamimi

Faisal Al Tamimi has over a decade of experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Head of Digital Assets and Head of Alternative Delivery Channels at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait since January 2012. Prior roles include Head of Call Center, where responsibilities encompassed management of call center operations, chatbots, and social media, as well as positions as Call Center Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Supervisor. Prior to Al Ahli Bank, Faisal worked as a Workforce Reporting Officer at Commercial Bank of Kuwait and as a part-time Customer Care Representative at Kuwait Telecommunication Company- VIVA. Faisal holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Kuwait University and completed high school at The English Academy, obtaining six IGCSEs.
