Sarah Mashhour is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Customer Experience at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait since August 2016, Sarah has developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand positioning and customer engagement. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Liabilities, Investment & Segments Marketing Head at CIB from April 2014 to July 2016, and spent eight years at Barclays Bank in various communication roles, including Communication Senior Manager and Internal Communication Manager. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from The American University in Cairo, earned between 1997 and 2002.
