Mustafa Al Shabandar

Mustafa Al Shabandar is an experienced Projects Commercial Director at Al Ain Holding since January 2007, overseeing numerous high-profile projects including Address Beach Resort and Hilton DoubleTree Dubai. Prior to this role, Mustafa served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer at Bayaty Architect and Consulting Engineer from June 2004 to January 2007, contributing to significant developments such as the Muhamad Bin Zayed Residential City. Earlier, Mustafa gained experience as a Project Engineer/Quantity Surveyor at Al Saleh Contracting Co. from May 1999 to June 2004, managing various construction projects. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad, earned between 1992 and 1996, and completed secondary education at Baghdad College High School from 1986 to 1992.
