Elias Touma

Elias Touma has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Elias is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Al Andalus Trading Company, where they successfully restructured the team for improved performance and managed the company's financials during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to this, Elias worked at Azadea Group in various capacities. As an Area Financial Controller, they led the migration of financial transactions to shared services, managed local teams in multiple countries, and implemented effective cash flow management strategies. In their role as an Accounting Manager, they ensured timely closure of monthly financials, led the migration of financial transactions to shared services, and implemented tax compliance measures.

Elias's experience also includes working as a Chief Accountant at Midware Data Systems and later at Al Mana. Elias held multiple roles at Azadea Group, such as Assistant Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Controller, and Senior Accounting Specialist. In these positions, they played a key role in consolidating financial statements, maintaining department policies, managing financial records, and leading cross-functional teams for tax filing and financial closing.

Elias Touma completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Audit & Accounting from the Lebanese University between 2005 and 2007.
