Khaled M. al Kolfat Mba

Khaled M. Al Kolfat is a highly experienced executive in project management and governance, currently serving as Vice President of ePMO and Projects Governance at AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company since April 2025, and as a Construction Management Advisor at CALX Consulting since February 2023. Previously, Khaled held key leadership roles including Director of Corporate Planning, Cost Control & Performance at Shibh Al-Jazira Contracting Co., where initiatives led to significant improvements in project delivery and cost efficiency. Khaled has a strong background in corporate governance, having developed a governance framework at Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company that enhanced compliance and optimized project portfolios worth 8 billion SAR. Khaled holds an MBA and a Master of Engineering degree, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Corporate Governance at Lincoln University College.
