Ahras Hussain

Ahras Hussain has extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) roles, starting as an Internee at Mount Technologies in 2009 and progressing to Resident Vice President - Manager ESG at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd. in 2023. Ahras'scareer path includes positions at K-Electric, WWF, and World Wildlife Fund, where they managed various projects, fundraising, sales, and sustainable initiatives. Ahras has developed skills in advocacy management, project coordination, market analysis, and strategic alliances. Ahras also has experience in program coordination and internships in various industries.

Ahras Hussain completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Marketing from Iqra University in 2015. Ahras then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Karachi University Business School (KUBS) from 2019 to 2020. In 2023, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Sustainable Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, they received certifications in SDGs, Green Banking, and ESG Sprint in 2023, as well as an IELTS certification in 2016.
