Syed Hassan Abbas Rizvi, CISA, CISM(q), has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT audit and information security. Syed Hassan Abbas began their career as an IT Auditor at KPMG Afghanistan Limited in 2006 and worked their way up to Senior Associate - II at KPMG in Pakistan until 2013. Syed Hassan Abbas then joined Ernst & Young Pakistan as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Information Technology Risk & Assurance. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at HBL - Habib Bank Limited as an Information Security Analyst. Most recently, they held the position of Chief Manager - Team Leader IT Audits at Habib Metropolitan Bank and is currently serving as HEAD IT AUDIT at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd. Syed has successfully managed and led IT audit teams, ensuring engagements are completed in line with industry standards and best practices.

Syed Hassan Abbas Rizvi obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Karachi University. Syed Hassan Abbas also holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, obtained in 2012, and as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA.
