Theodora Lupea

Theodora Lupea currently serves as the Global Contracts Manager at Al Dahra, leading global procurement efforts in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various supply contracts, while establishing contract management processes and advising cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Theodora held multiple positions at SLB, including Customer Contracts Attorney, Supplier Contracts Attorney, and Corporate Attorney, where responsibilities included contract negotiations, compliance, corporate support for numerous entities, and legal training. Earlier experience also includes a corporate attorney role at Finastra, focusing on legal compliance and providing expert advice to executive leadership. Theodora holds a Senior Legal Counsel degree from Colegiul Consilierilor Juridici and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Law from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest.
