Hassan Awan

Hassan Awan is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in investment research and portfolio management across multiple sectors in the MENA region. Since September 2010, Awan has served as Co-portfolio Manager at Al Dhabi Capital in Abu Dhabi, overseeing investment strategies and portfolio management. Prior to this, Awan was an Associate at The National Investor from March 2007 to August 2010, where a focus was placed on investment research, particularly in diversified industrial companies in the UAE. Awan's career began as a Research Analyst at Crescent Standard Brokerage & Investment Services, covering equity research on companies listed on the Lahore and Karachi Stock Exchanges from September 2004 to July 2006. Awan holds an MSc in Global Finance and Banking from King's College London, an MBA in Finance and Banking from the Lahore School of Economics, an MA in Economics from Government College University, Lahore, and a BA in Economics and Statistics from Forman Christian College.
