Carol D'Souza has a work experience that includes various roles in different companies. In 2022, they worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Al-Dhow Engineering General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. Prior to that, in 2021, they were an Audit Associate at Deloitte, and also worked as an Audit Trainee in the same company. In 2019, Carol worked as an Accounting Intern at Advanced Technology Company, and in 2018, they were a Human Resources & Accounting Intern at Caesars Group. Carol'searliest work experience was in 2017, where they worked as an Accounting Intern at Khalil Bahman and Partners General Trading & Contracting Co. WLL.

Carol D'souza completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their Higher Secondary education in Commerce from The Indian Community School, Kuwait from 2003 to 2017.
