Santanu Chowdhury

Santanu Chowdhury has extensive work experience in accounting roles. Santanu started their career as an Accountant at Fedders Lloyd Corporation Limited in 1994 and worked there until 1996. Santanu then joined Deepak Industries Limited as a Senior Officer-Accounts from 1996 to 2003. In 2004, they moved to H. S Al Homaizi Pharmaceutical Co.W.L.L and worked as a Senior Accountant until 2007. Santanu then worked at Al Hamadah International Logistics Group Co.K.S.C.C as a Senior Accountant from 2007 to 2008. Currently, they are the Group Chief Accountant at Al-Dhow Engineering General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L, a position they have held since 2009.

Santanu Chowdhury's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 1989, they attended Calcutta University in Kolkata, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. From 1992 to 1994, they enrolled at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, studying Cost, Works & Management Accountancy. In 2021, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for Managerial Finance, specializing in Corporate Finance & Investment. Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, they pursued an International Certification in Enterprise Risk Management at the Institute of Risk Management.
