Abdel-Rahman Masry

Abdel-Rahman Masry is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Manager of Talent Management at Al Doha Foods since July 2021. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Americana Foods as Head of Talent Management and various positions at Egyptian Starch & Glucose Manufacturing Co. and Americana Foods, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partnering and organizational development. Additionally, Abdel-Rahman held the position of General Manager and Partner at Rawafed El Nile for recruitment services and served as a Human Resources Consultant at Ican group and United Engineers. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Development from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University.
