Bilal Afzal is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background spanning over a decade in various roles within the engineering sector. Currently employed at Al-Fouzan Trading and General Contracting Co. since November 2019, Bilal previously contributed to Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons and Mercury MENA in electrical engineering positions, as well as serving as an electrical site engineer at Mercury MENA.
