Nadir K. Mirza

Nadir K. Mirza currently serves as the Head of Strategy (Executive Director) at Al-Futtaim Real Estate since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Diriyah Gate Development Authority as Director of Strategy and various leadership positions, where Nadir led the establishment of an organizational structure for a new government entity overseeing a $25B budget and managed the operational launch of an $8B metals refinery. Previous experience also encompasses a managerial role at Partners in Performance, where Nadir facilitated training and project management for internal teams and partner ministries. As a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, Nadir developed growth strategies for major companies, and during a lengthy tenure at DAS Capital as Portfolio Manager, Nadir achieved significant portfolio performance and expansion across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto.
