Aliaa El Wardany, CIPD L7, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Al-Futtaim since August 2022, Aliaa previously held the position of Manager People & Change at KPMG Lower Gulf, where talent acquisition for a government entity in Abu Dhabi was managed. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at The Blue Group - Qatar, Group HR Manager at Nassir Bin Nawaf & Partners Holdings, and Manager Consulting - People & Organization at PwC, where Aliaa contributed to various projects across GCC ministries. Aliaa's career began with a foundational role at Qatar Airways as Recruitment Manager, followed by a series of positions at Teleperformance. Aliaa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ain Shams University and a Level 7 diploma from CIPD.
