K.M. Davis has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as an Aftersales Training Coordinator and Operations Analyst at Al Ghandi Auto since January 2008. In this role, K.M. Davis is responsible for service management, warranty management, recall campaign administration, and training administration, along with functions as an ISO Internal Auditor. K.M. Davis has also demonstrated excellence in warranty management, having previously held the position of Assistant Warranty Manager at Al Yousuf Motors LLC, where consistent leadership resulted in the best warranty management performance in the Middle East region.
