Jason Ambrose

Jason Ambrose currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Partnering, People and Culture at Al Ghurair Investment, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Jason was a Human Resources Business Partner at Kuwait Food Company (Americana), overseeing the people agenda for several brands and managing a workforce of 6,000 across 9 locations. Jason's extensive HR experience includes roles as HR Manager for the Gulf & Yemen at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company, Assistant Manager in HR & Talent Acquisition at TASC Outsourcing, and various positions at DAMAC Properties and Cushman & Wakefield. Jason holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and has further enhanced expertise through an HR Leadership program at IE University.
