Kapil Gosar

Kapil Gosar currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at Al Ghurair Investment, overseeing a group-wide Digital Transformation Journey that includes the successful establishment of a shared IT services model, the development of a strategic ERP transformation roadmap, and the orchestration of a complex ERP implementation utilizing Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations. With over 200 team members under direction and a program budget of US$17.5 million, Kapil is also leading an innovative automation initiative to enhance IT capabilities. Prior roles include Senior Business Solution Manager at Albatha Group and Business Solution Manager at Al-Futtaim, where Kapil managed significant Finance and Treasury transformation projects and SAP S4 HANA implementation initiatives. A seasoned professional, Kapil's career also encompasses experience in global finance support management at Barclays Capital and successful SAP Finance implementation at Al Futtaim. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from CHM College, Mumbai.
