Rasool Mydeen

Rasool Mydeen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - IT Support at Al Ghurair since September 2021, Rasool has previously held the position of Senior Team Leader - IT Support in the same organization. Prior roles include Information Technology Support Supervisor at AG CARS Services from May 2019 to August 2021 and IT Support Engineer at CARS TRADE from September 2008 to April 2019. Rasool began a career as a Desktop Support Engineer at S.M. Power Systems in Chennai, India, from June 2007 to August 2008. Academically, Rasool holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai, an MBA in Project Management from Mahatma Gandhi University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Cloud Computing from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in Dubai. Rasool is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in ITIL.
