Estibaliz Cervero Simonet has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Estibaliz began their career as an Assistant-Translator at Asesores Asociados S.L. in 2005. In 2007, they worked as a Responsible for the Translation Department at Hanscan Spain S.A., providing translation and interpretation services. From 2007 to 2010, Estibaliz served as an HR Assistant at Schering-Plough Research Institute, supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects. Estibaliz then joined Merck in 2010, starting as an HR Services Admin and later becoming an EMEA Human Resources Shared Services Analyst - Associate Specialist. In these roles, they played a key role in projects such as the MSD & Schering-Plough merge and the transfer of employee lifecycle services. Estibaliz joined A&L Goodbody LLP in 2015 and has held positions including HRIS & Projects Specialist and currently serves as the Talent Systems & Projects Lead. Their experience showcases their expertise in HR services, project management, and systems implementation.

Estibaliz Cervero Simonet has a diverse education history. Estibaliz completed a Higher Diploma in Science in Data Analytics Information from the National College of Ireland, specializing in Business Analysis & Data Analytics, from the year 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Estibaliz pursued a CIPD Award in Employment Law and Employee Relations, also at the National College of Ireland, focusing on Human Resources.

In 2013, Estibaliz obtained Sig Sigma Yellow Belt certification from MSD Ireland. Estibaliz further pursued an International Executive Master for Direction & Personal Assistants at St. Charles Colleague in Madrid from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Master Direction & Personal Assistants. Earlier in their academic journey, from 2000 to 2005, Estibaliz attended Universidad de Malaga, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Translation & Interpretation (English & French) / Lda. In addition to their formal education, Estibaliz has obtained two certifications in Agile Project Management. In May 2023, they acquired the Prince 2 Agile Foundation in Agile Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Estibaliz also received the Prince 2 Agile Practitioner Certificate in Agile Project Management from the same institution, also in May 2023.
